1. What mobility devices are allowed in Femmes First?

3. Am I eligible for the Femmes First Ride if I have a medical condition?
Ans:
- If you are an expectant mother, please provide a medical certificate from a qualified gynaecologist in Singapore and certify you are fit to participate. The certificate should be dated within seven days of Femmes First. You must email a digital copy of the medical certificate at least two days before Femmes First to our email address, ridenjoy@empowerasia.biz.
- If you have existing medical conditions, provide a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner to certify you are fit to participate in Femmes First. The certificate should be dated within seven days of Femmes First. You must email a digital copy of your medical certificate at least two days before Femmes First to our email address, ridenjoy@empowerasia.biz.
4. Must I wear safety equipment while participating in Femmes First?
Ans: Yes. Helmets must be worn at all times whenever you are riding. Protective knee and elbow guards are recommended but not necessary. It is also advisable for you to wear bright visible clothing to ensure you can clearly be seen by other PCN and road users.
5. Is it compulsory to use my own mobility device for Femmes First?
Ans: It is not compulsory. You can rent a mobility device for the event if you wish to.
6. Is insurance provided by the organiser?

7. Will the organisers look after our belongings at the post-ride activities at Stadium Riverside Walk?
Ans: Participants are strictly responsible for their own belongings. Femmes First staff will help whenever possible but are not liable should any loss of belongings occur.
8. Will there be medical staff present?
Ans: Medical staff will only be present at the finishing point of Femmes First at Stadium Riverside Walk
9. Can I bring pets and kids along for Femmes First?
Ans: Yes, you can.
