Support fundraising campaign for the Inclusive Sports & Arts Hub by Ageless Bicyclists


On the eve of World Stroke Day (Oct 29), we celebrate all cyclists - abled and differently abled (including former stroke patients) for 'breaking-through' in their daily and biking lives on Oct 26 (Sat)


This Ride is to raise funds for the Inclusive Sports & Arts Hub (target amount: S$30,000) to be built at West Coast Park (Resting Corner, near Carpark One) to house equipment needed to run Pedal enAble programs for People with Disabilities (PwD) and more.


There is NO ENTRY FEE but participants are welcome to make a donation of SGD 30 to Ageless Bicyclists (PayNow details in Registration form).


Those who make a donation are entitled to the Lucky Draw and will bring home a special Breakthrough Inclusive Ride t-shirt

Date : October 26 2024 (Saturday)
Time : 0830 to 1100 ( Registration starts 0830hr)
Distance : Less than 8km (Choose your own route and pace around West Coast Park)
Start / End : Inclusive Sports & Arts Hub by Ageless Bicyclists (near Carpark One)
Event Venue : West Coast Park


Cycle, Learn about Stroke Prevention and Win Prizes


All participants will have one hour to 'breakthrough' in their understanding of stroke - by cycling around West Coast Park to locate up to 12 signages with interesting facts about World Stroke Day & stroke prevention.


Post-Ride, there is an exciting Kahoot Fun-Quiz based on the 12 signages with cool prizes for the top three participants. 


Programme

0830 – 0845 : Registration at Resting Corner, West Coast Park
0845 – 0900 : Briefing & Warm Up

0900 – 1000 : Breakthrough Inclusive Ride (Choose your own route and cycle at own pace)

1000 – 1100 : Fun Quiz with Prizes to be Won, Lucky Draw, Group Photo

There is NO ENTRY FEE but participants are welcome to make a donation of SGD 30 to Ageless Bicyclists (PayNow details in Registration form). Those who make a donation are entitled to the Lucky Draw and will bring home a special Breakthrough Inclusive Ride t-shirt and other gifts.
